Art of Living Indiranagar · Spine Care Program
Sits all day, hurts by evening. Stretches help, but not for long. Good posture — until you forget.
Spine care that starts
with how you sit, not just the ache
Backache rarely starts in the back — it starts in how you sit, stand and move through the day. This program corrects the mechanics itself: posture, alignment and targeted strength, taught in person over four mornings.
Who It's For
Whatever brought you here, the mechanics are the same
Desk Workers
Hours at a desk quietly reshape how your spine loads itself. Learn the sitting and screen mechanics that stop the damage before it starts.
Back, Shoulder & Knee Pain
Chronic aches and old injuries respond to the same root-cause work: alignment and targeted strength, not stretching around the pain.
Prevention
No pain yet, but sit or stand for a living? The same techniques work as prevention — the earlier you learn them, the less there is to undo.
Children
A gentler, age-appropriate version — respecting how a growing spine develops — is taught separately for under-18s.
How It Helps
Stretching alone doesn't fix the way you sit
Relief that fades by evening means the mechanics were never addressed. Spine Care works on the mechanics themselves — in order:
Posture, corrected at the source
Proper sitting and screen mechanics, and the office ergonomics to hold them — so the day stops working against your spine.
Alignment, rebuilt
Targeted postures realign the spine and release the tension bad posture locks in place — the same work extends to shoulder and knee patterns.
Strength, to hold it
Spine-specific strengthening keeps the correction in place after the class ends — the difference between relief and a habit.
A separate, age-appropriate Spine Care program is taught for children — ask us for details.
